A single, recommended price for each line item the RFP asked us to itemize. No tiered "Bronze / Silver / Gold" maze. No options designed to make the middle one look reasonable. One line. One price. Take it or push back on it.
Twelve discrete deliverables. Every one priced, scoped, and locked at signature. Change orders only on your initiation, in writing, with a delta quote.
Stakeholder interviews, dual-journey workshops, tspec.com audit, written strategy brief.
Information architecture, lo-fi wires for 7 page templates, mobile + desktop, two revision rounds.
Dual-journey homepage concept, 13 service-page templates, 9 standard pages, full component library.
Hand-coded HTML/CSS/JS. No framework bloat. Lighthouse-tuned. Animations and accessibility baked in.
Custom theme on top of Gutenberg native blocks. Reusable block patterns. ACF for structured fields.
~23 pages migrated from tspec.com onto the new IA, lightly restructured. No new copywriting, per RFP.
Gravity Forms with conditional logic, spam protection, routing into your inbox + optional CRM hook.
Two event types ("Site Survey," "Free IT Assessment") embedded with brand styling. TSPEC owns the account.
Technical SEO, redirect map, structured data, Google Analytics 4 wired to all conversions, Search Console verified.
Real-device QA, BrowserStack matrix, accessibility (axe + NVDA), performance < 3s on 4G, full QA report.
Two recorded 90-minute sessions for TSPEC staff. Written admin handbook delivered as a PDF.
Anything broken, anything missing, anything you need tweaked — covered for 30 days at no extra cost.
50% at signature. 25% on design approval. 25% at launch.
4.1 · Recurring platform costs
These are the only ongoing costs. Each is paid by TSPEC directly to the named vendor — none flow through gloWWWup, none appear on a gloWWWup invoice, none renew in our name. Disclosure required by RFP §4.1 and gladly given.
All platform fees combined. Paid directly to vendors below. Roughly $95/month equivalent.
Identical to year 1. No anniversary surprise. License renewals kept in TSPEC's calendar.
Zero. Every cost below is in TSPEC's name. We never hold a credential or collect a markup on a third-party tool.

Optional · post-launch support
30 days of post-launch support is in the project price. After that, three options. Pick what fits — or pick nothing and call us when you need us. We do not require a retainer.
Walk away clean after the 30-day support window. The site is yours, the credentials are yours, the docs are yours. Call us hourly if and when you need us.
The popular pick. Covers the maintenance work TSPEC's team would otherwise inherit — without putting you on the hook for someone full-time.
Care, plus growth work. New service-page builds, A/B testing, conversion optimization, blog publishing — for teams that want the site to keep earning, not just keep running.
Total ownership manifest
Per RFP §8.5, all final deliverables transfer to TSPEC at final payment. Here is exactly what changes hands.
tspec.com remains in TSPEC's registrar account. We never become the registrar of record.
Account opened in TSPEC's name. Billed to TSPEC. We are added as a collaborator with revocable access.
Admin access in TSPEC's name. We get a developer account, also revocable.
Delivered as a Git repository. TSPEC controls the repo on day one. No license royalty, no per-seat fee, no ongoing dependency on us.
Gravity Forms, RankMath, WP Rocket, Wordfence, UpdraftPlus — purchased in TSPEC's name. Renewals on your calendar.
Created on a TSPEC email. Bookings flow to your calendar.
Properties owned by a TSPEC Google account. We're added as analyst-level collaborators only.
DNS, CDN, security in TSPEC's name. Standard collaborator access for us.
Master design library handed over as an editable Figma file. Includes the component library and the dual-journey homepage concept.
Admin handbook (PDF), brand guideline supplement, two recorded training sessions, content-update SOP.
